Our mission
Sportforma APS promotes sport as a means of physical, mental and moral education, of social inclusion and of the prevention of violence. Since 1995, in Turin, we have been building a community where athletes, coaches and volunteers grow together — regardless of age, origin or sporting level.
We operate as a non-partisan, non-denominational, non-profit Social Promotion Association (APS), drawing our inspiration from the Olympic Charter, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
Our vision
An open sports community, where anyone who wants to be part of it finds their place — beginners and veterans, young people and adults, Italians and people from other countries.
Our values
Participation
Sport is something we do together. Every member is an active part of the community, not the consumer of a service.
Passing it on
Those who know, teach. Those who learn will in turn grow. Sporting knowledge is handed down from one generation to the next.
Respect
On and off the field, towards every opponent and every teammate. Respect is the fundamental rule.
Continuity
Since 1995 we have been building something that lasts. We are not a temporary project: we are a community with a history and a future.
What we practise
Boxing
Technique, conditioning and respect. We practise and teach boxing as a complete discipline for body and mind.
Wrestling
Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling: strength, balance and strategy on the mat.
Weightlifting
Olympic weightlifting: power, technical precision and mental discipline.
Physical Culture
Weights room, functional training, bodybuilding. The body as a life project.
