In this place of community which also serves as SPORTFORMA Headquarters and the focal point of the association, space usage is strictly reserved for registered members who notify their arrival time in advance, so as to avoid overcrowding and ensure a safe, organized experience. Making a reservation is not a mere formality: it ensures the presence of responsible volunteers capable of supervising the safety of the premises and participants during workouts and activities, offering time, skills, and guidance for members. Training, gaining experience, and sharing the athletic journey means being part of a mutually supportive community, while member contributions serve to support the operation of facilities and activities, without ever constituting a personal or commercial service.
Appropriate athletic attire is required (sweatpants or shorts, clean athletic shoes, personal towel). The use of these spaces is based on individual and mutual responsibility: members come here to train, grow together, and feel part of a team, not to access a commercial service.
Note: Pursuant to Art. 1803 of the Italian Civil Code, the ownership reserves the ius excludendi (right to exclude) against anyone causing damage to the equipment, common areas, or granted assets, pursuant to Arts. 1590 and 2043 of the Italian Civil Code.
